Return & Refund Policy

At The Chill Wardrobe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

👉 Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 DAYS of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible

3. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

👉 Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement with another product
  • Refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 2 DAYS of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

👉 We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items → we cover return shipping
  • For size exchanges or customer preference → return shipping may be charged

👉 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
